We get it.  Sometimes things just aren't meant to be.  If you're looking to process a return, don't worry—we've made it easy!  

    1. Unused merchandise may be returned for store credit.

    2. Items must be returned no later than 21 days from date of delivery to get a store credit.

    3. All jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    4. Items marked down to 40% off or more and pieces marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

    5. Once your return has been processed, you will then be sent an email containing a Hollis Co E-Gift card code in the amount of the item returned not including any initial shipping charges.

    6. Store credit will be issued for all returns.  We do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.
